Located just a short distance from the airport, this accommodation is an excellent option for those seeking convenience and accessibility. the hotel is also close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city in full. Guests can enjoy comfortable rooms with clean bedding, along with helpful staff that are eager to assist with any needs.
Some guests have reported issues with language barriers and unresponsive service, which can detract from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel staff didn't arrange a pickup. I had to find someone who would call them. They didn't help me with my bags, they didn't understand anything that I was saying. I had intended to see the city for the day provided they could help me with booking a tour. They didn't even understand the word tour. I was so exasperated that I just stayed in my room. The location is horrible. Doors were slamming all night and I barely slept. Terrible place!!!!! Also, they did not have wifi in the rooms as you had indicated and the wifi in the lobby was weak at best. I feel that hotel was misrepresented on your website. You cannot stay or should not stay there unless you are a middle aged Chinese person on a group tour. Not for English speakers at all!!

Spent xmas at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and fresh linens. the hotel’s location was very convenient - close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was also friendly and helpful, making the check-in process quick and easy.
The hotel could benefit from improving its bathroom facilities - while everything was clean, some areas were a bit outdated and could be updated. the restaurant was a bit lackluster, with limited options and basic food choices.

Nice and clean. Room spacious. Very near airport, Provide free shuttle from airport. I chose the hotel because of my flight arrival very late at night. Stay one night, next day easy to get to Renhe metro station to get to the city.
Staff speak very little English.

If you are arriving in Guangzhou late in the night and do do want to go through the hassle of searching for the address, this is the best option. Even at 3 A.M they picked us up at the Airport.

Additionally, the hotel facilities were adequate and clean. Moreover, the staff was quite accommodating and provided a free shuttle to the airport which was a nice touch.
For us, it was ideal.

The staff where very friendly and helpful. The hotel was suitable for my needs as I had to make a number of trips to the airport which is about ten minutes away. The trips to and from the airport are free.
Some work still being done in and around the hotel. This was a little bit of an inconvenience but not too bad.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel, this place is worth considering. the airport shuttle service was efficient, and the room was clean with comfortable bedding. We appreciated the fact that there was a restaurant nearby and a metro station within walking distance, which made exploring the area easy. One enjoyable bonus was the friendly staff who were always happy to help us with any inquiries.
